Lost on A Mountain in Maine


In the summer of 1939, 12-year-old Donn Fendler went missing on the summit of Mount Katahdin in Maine. What followed was the largest search and rescue operation in the history of the state. This short film documents a part the boy’s journey and the search effort to bring him home to his family.
